Deposit Schedule

Deposits are essential in order to secure the facilities, pay for t-shirts, decorations, etc.  Therefore, in an effort to ensure that all monies are collected in a timely manner to cover these necessities, a deposit schedule has been developed.  This will not only help with the organization of the reunion, but it will also help each family member by requiring small payments throughout the year.  It is extremely important that all members abide by the schedule and note that each deposit is PER PERSON.  Please note: All monies are refundable until December 31, 2009.  After that date, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Please see the schedule below:

First Deposit Due October 1, 2009: $35 per person
Second Deposit Due March 1, 2010: $35 per person*
Remaining Balance Due: July 1, 2010
 

*For kids (ages 12 & under) attending banquet only, the final balance of $5 would be due

  • Reunion Deposit

    You can pay for your deposit using either Visa or Mastercard. The deposit is $35. If you are using the website to pay for the entire amount of the reunion by the deposit deadline, you do NOT have to pay this deposit. You can just go ahead and pay for the reunion. The deposit is required only for those who are not going to pay the entire amount of the reunion by the deposit due date. Do NOT pay the deposit and the cost of the reunion at the same time. The website's administrative and transaction fees are also included in the final price. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE ONLY UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2009. AFTER THAT POINT ALL DEPOSITS AND MONIES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

    Love, Peace & Family Reunion Banquet (Adult)

    The Love, Peace & Family Reunion Banquet will take place Sunday night. The cost of the banquet is $80. The final price covers the cost of the formal banquet at the hotel, as well as the administrative and transactions fees of the website. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL MONIES PAID IS REFUNDABLE ONLY UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2009. AFTER THAT POINT ALL DEPOSITS AND MONIES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
