Deposit Schedule
Deposits are essential in order to secure the facilities, pay for t-shirts, decorations, etc. Therefore, in an effort to ensure that all monies are collected in a timely manner to cover these necessities, a deposit schedule has been developed. This will not only help with the organization of the reunion, but it will also help each family member by requiring small payments throughout the year. It is extremely important that all members abide by the schedule and note that each deposit is PER PERSON. Please note: All monies are refundable until December 31, 2009. After that date, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please see the schedule below: First Deposit Due October 1, 2009: $35 per person Second Deposit Due March 1, 2010: $35 per person* Remaining Balance Due: July 1, 2010 *For kids (ages 12 & under) attending banquet only, the final balance of $5 would be due |
